On Thanksgiving I shared my morning workout on my Instagram stories…it was a 2ish mile run followed by a band workout. I love to bring bands or even light dumbbells in the car when we are driving somewhere so I always have the option to incorporate them into my workouts even when I’m away! And bands are super easy to pack regardless of where you go because they are so lightweight and don’t take up any space. When I shared my workout I also asked if y’all would be interested in seeing a band workout here on the blog and the answer was an overwhelming yes! So that’s what I’ve got for ya today: a do anywhere band workout.
PS: THESE are the bands I use. I love that they come in light, medium, & heavy!
Do Anywhere Band Workout
Complete 3-5x through.
15 squats
12 step out squats (per side)
15 leg abductors (per side)
10 jump squats
20 front/back squat walks
15 booty kickbacks (per side)
20 side to side walks (20 steps total, 10 per side)
Be sure to stretch & hydrate after!
