Hey friends! Hope y’all have had a great weekend. We’ve been visiting Craig’s family up in the mountains! Fall is really here and I am loving it. The colors are so gorgeous, I just can’t get enough!
Last week’s Fitter crew CRUSHED IT and our Facebook accountability group is on fire. Seriously it’s so inspiring everyday to see these women in there, getting their workouts done and supporting one another. It’s not too late to join. You can ALWAYS get the program and start anytime!

Monday: Legs & Cardio Circuit
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio
Wednesday: Abs & Arms Circuit
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio
Friday: Full Body Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio
Sunday: Active Rest Day: Take a 30 minute stroll around the neighborhood!
