Hey babes! Hope y’all had a great weekend. Ours FLEW by but it was a good one. Friday night we headed west towards the mountains to visit Craig’s fam.
The telltale sign that summer is slipping away? When it starts getting darker, earlier. I don’t mind it much really…and I mean just look at that sky *heart eye emojis*
I kept my workouts this weekend light, as in super light! I just went on a walk each day to move a bit but it was very low key. I am filming a bunch of new workouts this week so I am trying to give my body all the rest I can before doing all of that!
Craig & his bros went fishing Saturday, so I went with his parents & my SIL to a nearby winery and then to an orchard. HELLO APPLE CIDER DONUTS.
Yes I bought a dozen. I mean, I shared 😉
Saturday evening we ventured into Asheville for dinner. We went to White Duck Taco and I crushed 3 of those delicious babies. No pic because they were inhaled. I was starving for some reason! JK that’s all the time.
We finished the night with drinks at Bhramari before heading home.
Craig & I headed back to Charlotte in time to catch the Panthers game (& victory) and get some chores and errands done around the house. This week is going to be busyyyyy but I’m so excited for what’s to come so I’m willing to put in that work to give y’all what you’ve been telling me you need 🙂 So full-length workout videos are coming your way and they’re SO. GOOD. Can’t wait to show ya 🙂
