Hey loves! Hope your Sunday is going well. I’ve been in Miami this weekend for (yes another) bachelorette party and I’ll ya what…this grandma needs a rest. LOL. Lots of water and sweaty workouts coming up this week for sure. Going to be sure to get at least 100oz a day (I shoot for that most days, so maybe a little more even because I’m definitely dehydrated from cocktails & traveling), catching up on sleep, and getting steps and movement in. This is the water bottle I like to use because if I drink 3 of these a day I know I’m hitting that water goal.

This whole activewear look is part of the Nordstrom Sale and are on huge discounts. I am loving these adidas sneakers too…so comfy. The tank top has the cutest mesh V-back and the live-in leggings are wardrobe staples. They all also come in a few different colors and everything is under $65.

Weekly Workout Schedule
MONDAY: Legs & Cardio | Complete each circuit 3x through!
Circuit 1:
- 20 squats
- 10 squat jumps
- 12 back lunges with front kick (per side)
- 20 split lunge jumps
Circuit 2:
- 30 seconds high knees
- 20 plie squats to calf raise
- 10 plie squat jumps
- 10 burpees
TUESDAY: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
WEDNESDAY: Core & Upper Body | Complete circuit 3-4x
- 30 seconds high knees
- 20 dumbbell press jacks
- 10 woodchops per side
- 10 burpees
- 40 mountain climbers
- 15 pushups
- 15 triceps dips
- 20 crunches
- 40 bicycle crunches
- 12 bicep curl to shoulder press
THURSDAY: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
FRIDAY: Full Body | Complete each circuit 3x
Circuit 1:
- 15 plie squat with upright row
- 20 alternating back lunge with bicep curl
- 30 seconds jumping jacks
- 20 squat to shoulder press
Circuit 2
- 30 seconds plank on hands
- 10 down dog pushups
- 20 toe touch abs
- 40 plank jacks
SATURDAY: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice
SUNDAY: rest day!
