I actually wrote this post earlier in the week knowing that I would be in Florida for my future sister-in-law’s bachelorette party all weekend! So I’m thinking my weekend recap post might be filled with pretty palm trees, white sand beaches, & maybe a couple cocktails. Whatcha think? Chances are good. 😉

Weekly Workout Schedule
MONDAY: Legs & Cardio Circuit Workout | Complete 3-5x through!
- 15 plie squat jumps
- 15 plie squats
- 20 walking lunges (optional: hold a dumbbell in each hand for an extra challenge!)
- 30 seconds skaters
- 12 back lunge with touchdown to single leg hop (hop on the same leg that is in the front of your lunge, then repeat on other side!)
- 30 seconds run in place
- 15 squat jumps
- 15 squats
TUESDAY: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice! I usually run 3-5 miles or so just depending on how my legs are feeling!
WEDNESDAY: Abs & Upper Body Circuit Workout | Complete 3-5x through!
- 15 squats with bicep curl to overhead shoulder press
- 10 burpees
- 30 mountain climbers
- 10 pushups
- 1 minute plank
- 20 cross body punches (holding light dumbbell) in static plie squat position
- 15 single arm dumbbell rows in lunge position (per side)
- 15 triceps dips
- 40 bicycle crunches
THURSDAY: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice! I usually run 3-5 miles or so just depending on how my legs are feeling!
FRIDAY: Full Body Circuit Workout | Complete 3-5x through!
- 15 squat jumps
- 15 squats with bicep curl to overhead shoulder press
- 10 burpees
- 40 bicycle crunches
- 10 pushups with alternating dumbbell row per arm
- 30 seconds skaters
- 1 minute plank with alternating hip drop
- 20 alternating split lunge jumps
SATURDAY: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice! I usually run 5-6 miles or so just depending on how my legs are feeling!
SUNDAY: Rest day or active rest day, take an nice easy walk or light yoga & stretching!
PS- On the circuit days M-W-F sometimes I feel like I want to get some steps in, so Craig and I will go on walks in the evenings on those days (sometimes on the cardio days too!) but it feels nice just to walk leisurely and catch up on our day! Even if for 20 minutes or so, see if you can take a little walk on those days for some extra steps 🙂
