Hey loves! So our Italy trip is finally here (so please forgive my lack of blog posts while I’m away, but please also be sure to follow me on Instagram as I’ll be sharing everything on my stories and posts!!) and while I know we are going to be walking A TON so I’ll be getting my exercise in that way, I likely won’t have many days where I do a traditional “workout”. I don’t want to take time away from seeing the beauty of Italy just because I feel like I have to get a run in or something. That is the opposite of living a balanced life. You never want your exercise to detract from you living. You all know I genuinely love my sweat sessions but in this case, I know we will be walking around exploring and that is okay with me. Say there is time somewhere for a mini little hotel room workout or something, I may do that, but I’m not stressing over it. This At-Home Cardio Workout video is a great option for anyone that just wants something really quick but effective. Of course if you have more time you can do it a few more times through! It’ll get that heart rate up 🙂

Here are the cardio moves:
- 30 seconds run in place warm up
- 10 jumping jacks
- 15 jump squats
- 30 skaters (15/side)
- 10 alternating back lunges
- 10 burpees
- 30 mountain climbers
- 10 planks to frog squat hops
Also, when I get back, I have some pretty big and exciting news to share. The weekly workout schedules are already written and ready to go, so no worries on that. You will still get your workouts here!!
