How cute is this bralette/crop top from Beyond Yoga? I will be honest I was a little nervous about getting it because you never really know with cutouts how they are going to fit you and if they are going to be flattering or not. But knowing how much I love Beyond Yoga pieces, I decided it was a safe bet. The material on this is unreal! It is so soft and stretchy. This top also comes with a matching pair of leggings, which I just ordered so you’ll be seeing those soon. The leggings here are also Beyond Yoga…so yep, love.
Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday: Legs & Cardio + HIIT
Complete Legs & Cardio Circuit 5x through:
- 15 squats + 10 jump squats
- 10 back lunges (per side)
- 10 burpees
- 15 plie squats + 10 plie squat jumps
- 30 seconds high knees
HIIT: End with 10 sprints on treadmill, outside, or other cardio machine: 30 seconds sprint, 30 seconds rest!
Tuesday: 30 minutes cardio + Shoulders Dumbbell Circuit:
Complete 3x through:
- 12 Arnold Press
- 12 Front Raise + Lateral Raise
- 12 Rear Flyes
Wednesday: Full Body Circuit Workout + optional HIIT
Complete Circuit 3-5x through:
- 12 squats to calf raise with shoulder press
- 14 dumbbell rows in front lunge position (switch lead leg halfway through)
- 12 triceps kickbacks to single leg booty kickback (per side)
- 40 bicycle abs
- 40 mountain climbers
- 10 pushups
End with optional HIIT sprints, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest, 5-10x
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice!
Friday: Legs + Booty + Abs
Complete Circuit 3-5x:
- 12 double pulse back lunges (per side)
- 20 split lunge jumps
- 20 glute hip raises
- 20 weighted crunches
- 20 oblique crunches (per side)
- 1 minute plank hold (or hold it as long as you can!)
- 10 double squat jump burpees
Saturday: Take your favorite workout class, take a long hike, or go for a walk/run! Finish with your favorite abs moves.
Sunday: Rest day or take a long walk!
