This workout is a great full body circuit workout that you can do anywhere! It requires no equipment so its perfect to do on vacation or any other time you’re short on time, space, or equipment but still want a good full body workout. Try to complete the circuit 2-3x through or pair with a 20-30 minute run!

- 15 squats + 15 jumping jacks
- 15 punches (left side)
- 10 burpees
- 15 punches (right side)
- 15 squat jacks
- 15 plank jacks
- 30 mountain climbers
- 15 shoulder pushups
- 15 crunches
- 15 x-ups
