Hey loves! So another round of Fitter, coming to a close. ONE. MORE. WEEK. and you will have done it!! If you’ve been with us since the beginning, then you are 16 weeks deep in this program. Sure there may have been some set backs, we went through some holidays, flu season, just winter in general…all of those things can certainly make starting and sticking to a fitness regimen really difficult. And yet here we are, 16 weeks later. It’s funny isn’t it? How time passes anyways regardless of what we do. We can wait to make decisions, we ponder and go back & forth on things that are tugging at our heart strings, we can try to silence the inner voice (no matter how loud it may be) screaming for a change all while we are telling ourselves that “one day” we will listen to it…maybe. But y’all…time is going to pass anyways. It’s passing right now. No matter what may be on your heart and mind, if something keeps bringing itself up to you, listen to it! Follow it! It is visiting you and knocking on the door for a reason.
I know for many people, getting in shape or finding a healthy, balanced lifestyle is something that they want to do…”one day”. Then for others it may be something else…something maybe about where you live, or your job, or a relationship. Stop ignoring the things that your heart is trying to tell you. Follow what makes you feel happy and alive! We are, after all, only alive for a finite amount of time. So let’s choose to do things with the time we are given that are worth our breath and our heartbeats. One day can be today. It can be right now. Just make the choice. Yes? I am with you!

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
MONDAY: FITTER Program Legs & Cardio Circuit OR:
Legs & Booty Workout
PLUS Booty Band Workout
TUESDAY: 45 minutes cardio of your choice!
WEDNESDAY: FITTER Program Abs, Arms, & Cardio Workout OR:
Do circuit 1 for 5 minutes, then circuit 2 for 5 minutes. Repeat each again 2x for a total of 3x through each circuit.
Circuit 1
- 40 mountain climbers
- 20 x-ups
- 20 crunches
Circuit 2
- 20 jumping jacks + 20 plank jacks
- 20 alternating back lunge with biceps curl
- 40 bicycle abs
PLUS optional 20 minute walk or jog.
THURSDAY: 45 minutes cardio of your choice!
FRIDAY: FITTER Program Full Body Workout OR:
Do circuit 1 for 5 minutes, then circuit 2 for 5 minutes. Repeat each again 2x for a total of 3x through each circuit.
Circuit 1
- 20 alternating back lunge with biceps curl
- 15 burpees
- 20 x-ups
Circuit 2
- 20 jump squats
- 15 squats with overhead press
- 20 alternating spider planks
PLUS optional 20 minute walk or jog.
SATURDAY: 60 minutes cardio of your choice!! Plus FITTER Tone in 10
SUNDAY: Rest day
