Hey loves. I have a new workout video for you today that is all about that booty and those legs!! I love to throw a booty/resistance band into my bag really wherever I go because it’s a perfect way to get a great workout when you may not have a gym or weights available. And even if you don’t have a band, you can still do this entire workout without it. It just provides a nice little bit of extra resistance for more burn 😉

There aren’t many moves in this, but I promise you will feel the burn!! Try to do it 3-4 times through or pair it at the end of a cardio session. Your booty will thank you!
- 10 squats
- 20 side to side squats
- 10 diagonal back kicks per leg
- 10 straight back kicks per leg
- 10 abductors per leg
- 10 glute hip bridges with knee pulse outs
- 10 clam shells per leg
This is also a great workout just to do if you’re at home in front of the TV! Get up and do a round at the commercials or during your favorite show, and pair with some abs! Sneaking that toning in!!
