I’ve got a new workout for ya today…a 5-move total body workout video! Yes, you can work your entire body in 5 moves. How? Compound exercises!! To put it in the most basic form, it’s just performing multiple exercises together so you can work various muscle groups at the same time. Also, when you do compound moves, you engage your core for the entire time so you work those abs too even though you might not realize it!! Just remember to engage that TA! It is super efficient, blasts calories and build lean muscle. So if you’re short on time, these are definitely the moves you wanna do. - 10 Squat to Overhead Press
- 10 Back Lunge with Hammer Curl (per side)
- 10 RDLs with Front Raise
- 10 Triceps & Booty Kickbacks (per side)
- 10 Leg Abductors with Lateral Raise
