Hey babes!! Today I’m just popping in to share an Easy, Healthy Lunch Idea since lots of you have asked about things I eat on a daily basis so you can have some inspiration to change up things that you have & try something new!
This is an example of something I eat pretty regularly for lunch, but I certainly would also eat this for dinner too! It’s easy, all you do is put spinach in a bowl first, drizzle with a little olive oil, then top with chickpeas, chicken, & avocado! Like I said, super easy.
