Hey babes!! A highly requested workout video was a quick abs circuit workout that could be done with no equipment, so I’ve got it for you today!
Also, for the workouts like these that I am not talking you through each move, I would recommend watching it through once first so you know what is coming, then start it over and join me! Here are the moves we’ll be doing in today’s workout:
- 40 bicycle crunches
- 20 oblique crunches (per side)
- 20 side plank knee to elbow crunches (10 per side)
- 20 alternating hip drop planks
- 20 alternating same side hand-to-knee tap planks
Don’t forget to keep your transverse abdominis engaged throughout these moves to really flatten that tummy!! This workout is great to do after a cardio workout or even just on it’s own for some extra core chiseling moves before bed or in front of the TV 🙂 Try for 3x through!
