Hey hey babes! So with Fitter round 2 starting yesterday and the kick off of the #fitterdailychallenge I felt it was time for a FRESH playlist!! Music is crucial to me getting in a good workout. I am just way more into it when I can put my headphones in, blast some music, and kick my workout’s booty. Okay, and my booty in the process! It just makes it more fun and helps me get in the zone!
I created a new playlist on Spotify, appropriately titled the FITTER Spring Challenge! Spotify is free to use if you don’t have it. You can create an account with your email or you can link it to your Facebook. The free version does run an ad like once every 30 minutes or something like that which isn’t terrible, or you can pay for the premium version with no ads. Once you have an account, you can download the app on your phone too which is what I do to listen to music while I workout. Then click here, press the “Follow” button on the playlist, and it will be listed under your playlists! So you’ll be able to easily find it.
I think the playlist has a very upbeat and positive vibe, and you may notice some of the songs reference summer and have a summer days vibe too…my fave! Hope y’all like it!
