I’ve shared a few smoothie pictures on my Instagram and Instagram stories over the past couple of weeks and every time I do I get a bunch of DMs asking me for the ingredients. So I decided to put some of my recent three favorite smoothie recipes into a blog post so you can pin it, save it, use it, share it, whatever! Enjoy! 🙂
FYI I don’t really measure out what I use, typically just throw it in the blender but I’ll try to guesstimate how much I use for one serving 🙂
Also, keep in mind that how much liquid you add to the smoothie is important in the consistency, I usually underestimate how much I need on purpose because you can always add more in, but it’s hard to take it out! You can also add a couple of ice cubes to your smoothie to help thicken it up.
Go-to Green Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla pea protein
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
Almond Butter Chocolate Smoothie
- 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp creamy almond butter
- 1 scoop chocolate pea protein
Blueberry Pina Colada Smoothie
- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shavings
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Top with coconut!
