One of the things that y’all said you wanted to see more of on BHC (I feel like I have started a lot of posts that way lately, LOL. Tryin’ to bring y’all what you want!) and that you’d like me to offer is more quick workouts and cardio workouts. I’ve also gotten emails from ladies asking if just the cardio workouts portion of Fitter is available because they may already have a strength training regime they enjoy but they need help changing it up and they get bored a lot with their cardio. So I’ve decided to also offer the Fitter Cardio Workouts as a standalone digital download for anyone that needs some cardio workout inspiration. There are over 40 different interval type workouts and steady state, three different levels of those workouts, and they vary from treadmill workouts, to elliptical intervals, to stairmaster workouts, cardio you can do outside, etc!
I’ll definitely be sharing more workouts on here as I always do, but the cardio book is a great thing to have with you to take to the gym either print it out or have on your phone!
