Hey babes!! In all of my anticipation and preparation for FITTER starting on January 1, I sort of overlooked the time between now and then! But that is a super important time to continue setting yourself up for success so I did not want to skip it. So starting today (Sunday, December 10th) I am going to be hosting a three week challenge here on the blog until Sunday, December 31st!

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: Legs & Cardio Circuit
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio from the FITTER Cardio Workout Section or your choice of your favorite cardio!
Wednesday: Abs & Arms Circuit
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio from the FITTER Cardio Workout Section or your choice of your favorite cardio!
Friday: Full Body Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio from the FITTER Cardio Workout Section or your favorite workout!
Sunday: Active Rest Day: Take a 30 minute stroll around the neighborhood!
