What is the recipe for the Pumpkin Protein Waffle that you posted on your Instagram Stories this past weekend?
It’s super easy! It can also just be a pancake if you don’t have a waffle maker. But here is what I do:
Ingredients:
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 egg whites
- 1 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla protein
- Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Pumpkin Pie spice to taste
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and that’s it! That’s the mix! The topping you see below is a cup of Siggi’s vanilla yogurt (my fave!), a drizzle of agave nectar, and more pumpkin pie spice on top!

I have worn a couple different ones that you may have seen!! The one in the picture below is Nude Nuance from Maybelline so yes its a drug store brand…no shame here 🙂 It seriously will last so long too even with eating and stuff. It’s a good buy for sure.
