Hi friends! So sorry I was a little MIA last week. I went to Charleston for work and it was just a busy week with the traveling and working on top of regular busy life stuff so I apologize for only getting a few posts up! I’ve also been trying to use what spare time I have to put together my workout program, and it’s finally coming together and I am SO EXCITED. Y’all are going to love it. So today with the Workout Schedule I wanted to also share a little sneak peek (kinda!).
This week I wanted to share the workout schedule a little differently to include a circuit workout that has picture demonstrations of each move with it. Check out Monday to see what I mean. This is just a workout that I put together pretty quickly with the images so I know it’s not the prettiest design ever, but the workout program will have pictures just like this all laid out for you to you’ll know exactly what to do, just like in Monday’s workout. I’ve been working on the template for that this weekend and it looks really good, super easy to follow and printable yay!
Also wanted to share some new workout/athleisure gear that I am loving. It’s from a brand called Crane and Lion and it’s all so soft and super comfortable and functional. It is definitely a very “live-in” type of brand so I by that I mean I could totally just wear the leggings with a cute athleisure look or the waffle top with some jeans…and that is one of my favorite things! It’s definitely super high quality and I love that.
So I am wearing the High Rise Tight (love the high waist, these are legit so comfortable and flattering but I know I could also go crush some miles in them and they wouldn’t budge), the Waffle Crew top (so comfy & cozy!), and the Pima tank (I love love love a good muscle tank!).
WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
Monday: Full Body Circuit Workout
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Abs, Arms, and Cardio Circuit
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Legs & Cardio Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice
Sunday: Rest Day
