Happy Sunday babes! How are things going with you?? I personally love to have my own rest days on Sundays, which is how I schedule them here, because I use it not only for a rest day but also for a refocus day! I try to really visualize my workouts and think about myself finishing them and how awesome they feel afterwards. Truly I will have to really put this into practice big time with my morning runs now that is is getting cold in the morning and dark! It is SO hard to get out of bed on those days and I often have mental battles about getting up or not. The past few days, Craig has gotten up with me, which makes it easier to get up when we can turn the light on, rather than me having to sneak out of the room quietly in the dark so I don’t wake him.
I also just really like having my afternoons free after work but, I think so long as I am getting the workouts done, it doesn’t matter if it’s in the morning or night. Really once we start getting closer to Christmas I actually enjoy evening runs because I can run through the neighborhoods and see everyone’s Christmas lights!
I am working really hard on this new program and I know y’all will love it. I’ve been testing it out for the past 6 weeks now and I am seriously feeling stronger and leaner than I ever have. I can say so far that I think these workouts are my best work yet and I cannot wait to share. So I appreciate you being patient with me as I reuse some older workouts on here for the schedule, I just only have so much time in the days while balancing a full time job to get everything done!
Also in case you’re wondering, crop top sweatshirts are legit a new obsession of mine. This one is so soft and I really like how they look with cutoff shorts and distressed jeans too! Kinda edgy and effortless and cool…how I try to portray myself! LOL 🙂

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: Legs & Cardio
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Abs, Arms, & Cardio
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Full Body & Cardio
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice
Sunday: Active rest (30 minute leisurely walk) or just rest!

Yay!! Thank you 🙂 I am wearing the size 8 US (fits like size 6-8). For reference I am 5’9″. I think I could have sized down one for a better “crop” fit if I wanted it to show my stomach. With high waisted leggings this did not so it just depends on what you’re going for…but the arms are oversized by design so they aren’t tight or anything.
