Hi! I hope you’ve had a great weekend!! I am SO sore today because all last week I have been testing new workouts for y’all and on Friday did the legs circuit that literally kicked my butt. I managed to go on a run on Saturday because the soreness hadn’t fully set in yet, but later that day and today it certainly did! I’m sore in all the right places in those thighs and booty where you want things to be tight! Lol. But that’s good…cause that means the workouts are SO GOOD and effective! And I like to test them to see how many reps, etc. are good because sometimes I’ve created workouts and said do “x” amount of reps and then when I test it I’m like holy crap this is a little TOO hard lol and I will back the reps down. So everything you do I’ve tested for ya first!
I can’t wait for the new workouts to be ready. They’re going to be SO GOOD EEEEEE I’m so excited.

Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Abs & Arms Circuit Workout
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Full Body Circuit Workout
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice
Sunday: Active rest day or just a rest day
So also I wanted to ask YOU a question about cardio, specifically, do you want me to create cardio workouts for the workout schedule? See for me I typically just like to go out on a run, but I know not everyone is a runner or enjoys running. So, would you want me to create different workouts like HIIT or Interval style on any of the cardio machines for you to use? I’d appreciate your feedback 🙂
Also, how cute is this set from Stronger?? I seriously wish I could have every single one of their sets. They are so cute and comfortable and also make me wanna go crush a workout but then get mimosas after. Ha 🙂 But really, I also love their message. With my outfit I received a note:
