Happy October friends!! I’m getting all the feels about fall now (like I wasn’t already!) but October is my favorite month. We are also celebrating our anniversary next week so I’m excited to share some of our wedding pics and things with you 🙂
Fall fitness excites me too because I love love love fall running, hiking, and just being active outside. I also start feeling more in the mood for yoga for some reason so I may be mixing some of that in soon. If there is anything in particular you want to see, let me know! Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday: Legs & Cardio
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Abs, Arms, & Cardio
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Full Body & Cardio
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice
Sunday: Active rest (30 minute leisurely walk) or just rest!
