Happy October friends!! I’m getting all the feels about fall now (like I wasn’t already!) but October is my favorite month. We are also celebrating our anniversary next week so I’m excited to share some of our wedding pics and things with you
Fall fitness excites me too because I love love love fall running, hiking, and just being active outside. I also start feeling more in the mood for yoga for some reason so I may be mixing some of that in soon. If there is anything in particular you want to see, let me know! Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday: Legs & Cardio
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Abs, Arms, & Cardio
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Full Body & Cardio
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice
Sunday: Active rest (30 minute leisurely walk) or just rest!
