Hi babes! Happy Sunday 🙂 I have another weekly workout schedule for ya this week with new workouts! Craig and I will be traveling the next couple of weeks so I will be re-using some of the workouts from the past month in the next 2 weeks, but I think that is actually a really valuable thing to do with your workouts is to go back and do them again, test your strength, maybe increase weights a little bit or do moves a little faster like jump squats or burpees (with good form still of course!). It’s just a good way to see if you can push yourself a little bit more.
Also, I’m loving this soft cross bank tank top. Y’all it’s that amazing waffle knit type material but really lightweight….great for yoga or throwing some weights around…also would be perfect for casual wear too under a flannel or even alone! Loveeee it.

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: Legs & Cardio
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Abs, Arms, & Cardio
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Full Body & Cardio
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice
Sunday: Active rest (30 minute leisurely walk) or just rest!
