Hey guys! I’m Elizabeth (Bess’s cousin but wanna be sister) I recently started a healthy lifestyle Instagram (@thefreshscoop) and blog (www.the-fresh-scoop.com) after overcoming a pretty serious (and life changing) back injury. With over two years of rehab, I was forced to rethink what “healthy” meant. Through this journey, I not only avoided surgery, but I learned the importance of fueling your body with REAL food, exercise (I frequently do bess’s kick ass workouts), and the power of a positive mindset. It didn’t happen over night, but adopting a healthy lifestyle has completely changed my life — and now I’m hoping I can offer up a little inspiration for your journey too.
