Hey friends!! Have y’all checked out my Insta the last few days to see where I am?! Craig & I are out west with the Carter clan exploring Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons and so much gorgeousness. I’ve never been out here and I’m loving it!! But you know being on vacation doesn’t mean I won’t get my workout in and I for sure will still be bringing you the Weekly Workout Schedule today!! Also, we have lots of hikes and walks and adventures that are helping me stay active so that always helps. I’m definitely getting my steps in while we explore!
Speaking of working out on vacation, you can check out this post with my tips on working out on vacation!!
I’m particularly excited about this post because I have created printable PDFs for all of the workouts as well as the schedule itself so you can print them out and take them with you.
WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
For this week, I want you to go back to two week’s ago and do the circuit workouts that I shared in this weekly workout post. Except I want you to try to push yourself a little harder by either slightly upping your weights if you feel comfortable doing so, by jumping higher in those burpees, by getting lower in those squats, by running just a little bit further or faster in your cardio, you get the idea!!
Be sure that you can still perform the exercises with the correct form while you’re pushing yourself to just go a little further. If you are having to compromise form or quality, stay where you are instead and just keep working…you’ll be ready to increase those weights or run a little faster soon. It’s far more important to have quality over quantity!!
Here’s your schedule!

Thank you for sharing this! I want to incorporate some bodyweight circuits into my schedule or find ways to make normal objects work as weights. These circuits look awesome.
