Happy FRIDAY!!
I have a fun post for y’all today because it’s perfect to go with your Weekly Workout Routines. I don’t know about you but I have to listen to music when I workout whether it be a circuit or if I’m running. And I need the beat to be bumping because that helps me run faster or jump higher or whatever it may be! I think I get more out of a workout when I’ve got music going than if I was doing it without music. So I have a NEW workout playlist for us!

New Workout Playlist
The title of my new playlist is WORK IT WORKOUT cause we are going to work it babes!
You can see what other playlists I have on my Spotify but the one called “Run Faster” is one of my go-to’s for a couple of years now. I get into playlist grooves and I honestly can just listen to the same stuff over and over if I like it! It may be weird too but I also generally know from the first 5 seconds of listening to a song if it’s going to be what I like for my workout music. I am pretty picky about the vibe & beat of it haha. But I’m ready for some new jams so here they are. I’ll keep adding to it too as I discover new ones!
