I am pumped at some of the awesome feedback I have gotten about last week’s workouts!! I totally agree, I thought they rocked (if I do say so myself) and so I’m bringing you more just like those in this week’s Weekly Workout Routine with New Circuits!! I even got feedback from an old friend/blog reader that she has lost 20 pounds doing my workouts with very little change to her diet whatsoever…it MADE MY LIFE to hear that. I myself even lost and have kept off about 10 pounds without really doing anything differently except staying consistent with this schedule since about December of 2015. Y’all, these workouts do work, you just need to start and be consistent. I like to feel free to drink my wine and eat things I enjoy and not be restrictive. I often think about what results I could achieve if I did eat a bit more strict but hey, my sanity is more important 🙂 I try to make them as enjoyable and quick as possible too while still burning fat and building lean muscle!
By the way, let me know in the comments if y’all prefer the workouts that are images (like last week’s), or if you like them typed out like the ones below. I want to know what makes it easiest for you to use them. Would a printable PDF of the schedule be helpful?? Let me know!
Real quick by the way, today is the last day of the Nordstrom Sale, and I just placed one last order last week to snag a couple of more activewear pieces while they were still on sale. Prices go back up to normal tomorrow. Some of my favorite pieces are below, including this top (which runs small since it’s supposed to be fitted, so order a size up if you like a looser fit. I’m in a medium) and these shorts.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a printable PDF. It makes it so simple to print it out in the beginning of the week and shove it in my gym bag. If you could include an area to write in the weights we use that would be literally perfect. I generally write it down in a notebook but if I could save myself the time it takes to write it out that would be lovely.
Thanks for putting these workouts together lady! They are awesome 🙂 You’ve stolen me over from TIU haha.

Okay for sure I will start working on those printables!! If you can bear with me for a couple more weeks, I leave for vacation on Thursday so might not be able to get them done for the next 2 weeks ( I will try if I have some time!!!) but will start doing it after that! A place to write down weights is a great idea 🙂 And I LOVE that you love the workouts!! Makes me so pumped!! Thank you for giving me your feedback 🙂 🙂 xoxo!!!!

Hi Deb!!
Many of the workout moves you can find on my Exercise Index page here: https://www.bessharringtoncarter.com/exercise-index/
I plan to update that just as soon as I can with more and include them in the workouts too. In the meantime you can also google or youtube most of the moves. Or, if you have a specific question about one just let me know!!
Thanks so much for stopping by and I know you’ll definitely see results 🙂
