Okay y’all I am back with another Weekly Workout Routine, complete with workouts designed by yours truly!! I really like to put time and imagination and my personal touch on my own workouts so that does take time. I also like to be able to try out all of the workouts myself before I share with you because that way I know just how many reps ’til you feel the burn and if it’s too much or not enough, what I think is effective and really working, and what will make you sweat it out and burn it up in the least amount of time.
I want you to know I also will happily take workout requests from you! What do you like? What do you want to see? What areas do you want to target? Let me know and I’ll create it for ya, babe!
I’m planning to create another program in the coming months that will be more laid out and that we can all do together again. I know a bunch of y’all do those with me and it’s so fun to work out “together”, even if it’s just virtually. As always choose whatever your favorite type of cardio is for the cardio workouts below. I love to run, so I use those days for my running days. But you may hate running, and that’s fine! Don’t make yourself run! There is no way your exercise will be sustainable if you’re doing something that you hate. You need to enjoy it enough to where you aren’t dreading it!
Weekly Workout Routine
Monday: Legs & Cardio Circuit
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice! // This is a run day for me!
Wednesday: Abs & Arms Circuit
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice! // This is a run day for me!
Friday: Full Body Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice! // I’ll be running!
Sunday: Active rest day, find time in your day to take a leisurely walk and breathe in the fresh air 🙂
