Happy Sunday, beauties! So happy you’re here and we are going to tackle another week of workin’ on our fitness together. Thank you for also helping keep me accountable, you may not know that you help me, but you do!
Can we talk about these High Waist Open Knee Leggings real quick?? I am a HUGEEE FANNN of leggings that are great for both activewear and as athleisure, and while some leggings claim to do both, not all of them truly do serve both functions equally as effective. But these leggings do…AMEN! I love the edgy look of the holes in them, they are high waisted (so they are going no where) and they’re soft!
Due to the super high demand from the Nordstrom sale, these are currently sold out. I’ll keep an eye out for restocks. But another amazing pair of go-to leggings (sans holes in them) are also on sale for only $35 here.
Also, this shirt is my favorite tee that I bought in a few different colors. Perfect staple item for your wardrobe, and so great for layering. I love that it’s a little longer in the back and you can knot it in the front…you know I love that!

Weekly Workout Routine
Monday: Legs Circuit
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice// I’ll be running!
Wednesday: Arms Circuit
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice// I’ll be running!
Friday: Abs Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice// I’ll be running and/or hiking!
Sunday: Active rest day…or total rest day. If a day in your PJs on the couch is what your body needs…do it!
