Hey y’all…happy Sunday! I have another Weekly Workout Routine for ya for your week ahead! I love sitting down to plan out my workouts and getting excited about tackling new challenges! Sundays are a great day to relax and reflect on the previous week but also to look forward to the week ahead. In terms of my workouts, I like to think about what moves and exercises I felt were really effective and challenging and made me stronger. Those are the ones I like to continue to incorporate!! I’m actually taking this time to brainstorm, create, and test new workouts to share with y’all. Stay tuned for those 🙂
Below I have shared BBG 2.0 week 15 circuits for M-W-F. If you’d like to replace those with the circuit workouts from this week instead, do that! Or mix it up!

Weekly Workout Routine
Monday: Legs Circuit
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes running OR another form of cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Arms Circuit
Thursday: 30-45 minutes running OR another form of cardio of your choice
Friday: Abs Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes running OR another form of cardio of your choice
Sunday: Active Rest Day! Walk 30 minutes and gentle stretch.
