Happy Sunday friends! Another weekly workout schedule coming atcha! Luckily, no Sunday blues over here because I don’t have to go back to work until Wednesday. Seriously though, I think every week should just be a 3 day week. I would be super productive in that time frame, I swear 🙂
I sincerely appreciate the feedback on last week’s post and I’m so glad to hear that there are at least a handful of people that like and use the workout posts! I will continue to put them up and have even been inspired to create something new, so I’m just in the beginning stages of that but it will be coming and I’m pretty excited about it!
In the meantime, I’m going to keep mixing in some of the BBG workouts if you want to follow along with those, or if that’s not your thing, replace with the circuit workouts from this previous week’s workout schedule that I made!
Tank Top | Shorts | Sports Bra | Sneakers
I love this tank and shorts combo so much. A muscle tee with the bigger, more open arm holes are my workout essentials. The fun little tie on it just spices it up a bit but it gives it that cute element where you could totallyyyy just wear this tank with yoga pants and sneakers for a good athleisure look even if you didn’t actually come from workout. It comes in a few other colors too and at a great price point and quality.

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: Legs Circuit
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I will be running!
Wednesday: Arms Circuit
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I will be running!
Friday: Abs Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice. These are my slightly longer run days.
Sunday: Rest day or active rest day…walk 30 minutes or stretch if you feel like it! If not, enjoy your lazy days…I definitely need those for my sanity at least once a week!!
