Hi loves! This weekend has been a great one, very relaxing and much needed!! Craig and I have been putting in some work on our porch creating a little outdoor oasis for enjoying during the warm weather. Hoping to have dinner out there this evening 🙂 Will share pics soon! Also, how cute are these K-deer leggings?? You may have seen them on my insta stories last week…They’re so fun.
Another week of amazing workouts comin’ atcha!!
Week 3
Monday: Legs & Cardio and/or TIU Sandy Sweat HIIT Routine (15 minutes)
Do circuit 1 for 6 minutes, then circuit 2 for 6 minutes. Repeat each again. End with Bonus Burner!
Circuit 1
- 20 alternating split lunge jumps
- 10 back lunges with front kick (per side)
- 15 squats with overhead press
- 15 RDLs with upright row
- 10 burpees
Circuit 2
- 20 split squat jumps
- 10 back lunges (per side)
- 20 kettlebell swings
- 10 jumping jacks
- 20 glute hip bridges
Bonus Burner! 2 minutes: 10 jump squats + 10 standing leg abductors (per side)
Tuesday: Cardio Day: 30-45 minutes + TIU Sunshine Sculpt Routine (13 minutes)
Wednesday: Arms, Abs, & Cardio + optional TIU abs workout
Do circuit 1 for 6 minutes, then circuit 2 for 6 minutes. Repeat each again. End with Bonus Burner!
Circuit 1
- 10 jumping jacks + 10 plank jacks
- 10 up/down planks
- 14 hammer curls to press
- 12 triceps kickbacks + booty kickback (per side)
- 30 weight runs
Circuit 2
- 12 standing oblique pulls (per side)
- 20 dumbbell press jacks
- 12 oblique crunches (per side)
- 20 x-ups
Bonus Burner! 2 minutes: 30 seconds high knees + 20 alternating spider planks
Thursday: Cardio Day: 30-45 minutes + HIIT the Beach 3 (15 minutes)
Friday: Full Body & Cardio + Total Babe Total Body Workout (18 minutes)
Do circuit 1 for 6 minutes, then circuit 2 for 6 minutes. Repeat each again. End with Bonus Burner!
Circuit 1
- 15 jump squats
- 15 squats with overhead press
- 10 burpees
- 20 v-sits with biceps curl
Circuit 2
- 40 mountain climbers
- 40 bicycle abs
- 10 woodchops (per side)
- 30 dumbbell press jacks
Bonus Burner! 2 minutes: 20 jumping jacks + 20 crunches
Saturday: Cardio Day: 45-60 minutes! Go a little further or faster than you did last week!
Sunday: Active Rest Day
