Hey hey! Happy Sunday! Or if you get the Sunday blues, I’m sorry to remind you that tomorrow we all have to go back to work. I feel you. I am definitely prone to the Sunday blues, or the Sunday scaries, whichever terminology you would like to use! If you follow me on Instagram you’ve seen that I’ve been at Charleston Fashion Week this weekend and it’s always hard to leave that city! I will be doing a recap of my outfits & such so stay tuned for that.
This week I am sharing some workouts that are straight from the FITTER workout program I plan to roll out, just as soon as I have time to finalize the details!! Ha, ever feel like you need to clone yourself to get stuff done? I really wish I could do that sometimes!!
Monday: Do 15 reps of each move (or 15 per side!), 5x through!
LUNGE WITH DUMBBELL ROTATION
V-SIT WITH BICEP CURL
PUSHUPS (on knees is fine!)
SINGLE LEG SQUAT TOUCHDOWN
SINGLE LEG BOOTY KICKBACK WITH TRICEPS KICKBACK
Tuesday: 45 minutes cardio of your choice!
Wednesday: Cardio with Weights!!
Thursday: 45 minutes cardio of your choice!
Friday: Bodyweight Cardio Circuit!
Saturday: 60 minutes cardio of your choice!
Sunday: Active Rest Day…30-45 minute leisurely walk
That’s all from me for today! I think I’m going to try to get a run in this afternoon since I wasn’t able to in Charleston, then I plan to spend the rest of the day on my couch snuggled under blankets. I am exhausted!
