This bomber jacket is one of my favorite new things. I sort of love the bomber jacket trend and one that is perfect for that “studio to street” athleisure look is always going to be right up my alley. And guess what else? It’s reversible. This bra is also great for giving you a little extra oomph without being too much. There’s just enough padding. And how cute is the back??
Also, wearing my all time favorite leggings of all time that I love more than any other kind of all time. Have I made my point? Ha 🙂
Craig and I have been in Charlottesville all weekend hitting wineries and doing lots of wine tastings with some friends of ours. So, needless to say, I am ready to get back at it and sweat it out!!

Monday: Legs & Cardio
Complete circuit 5x through, 30 seconds of each move!
SQUAT JACKS
4 HIGH KNEES + SQUAT
BACK LUNGE WITH FRONT KICK
SQUAT WITH ALTERNATING LEG ABDUCTOR
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio! I’ll be on my usual 3-5 mile run!
Wednesday: Arms, Core, & Cardio
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio!
Friday: Full Body Workout
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio!
Sunday: Active Rest Day! Take a long walk or if you’re feeling so inclined, just stay in your PJs all day 🙂
