If you remember last week I forgot to bring dumbbells to film the workout videos, welp, since we went out of town this weekend I went ahead and filmed this week’s workouts last week so I would be sure to get it done. That means I don’t have dumbbells for these demos either since I forgot them last week, oopsies! I put asterisks next to the workouts that you can use dumbbells! Sorry for forgetting 🙂
Monday: Four Move Full Body Workout –this one works your ENTIRE BODY, so it sounds like it’s only 4 moves but really it’s a lot more!
3x through workout:
- 15 Single Leg RDL to Back Lunge w/ Shoulder Press*
- 30 Alternating Curtsy Lunge with Biceps Curl*
- 30 Plie Squat w/ Knee to Elbow Oblique Crunch
- 1 minute of 4 Mountain Climbers + 2 Dumbbell Rows*
SINGLE LEG RDL TO BACK LUNGE WITH SHOULDER PRESS
ALTERNATING CURTSY LUNGE WITH BICEPS CURL
PLIE SQUAT WITH KNEE TO ELBOW OBLIQUE CRUNCH
4 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS + 2 DUMBBELL ROWS
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: No Equipment Cardio
Complete 4x through, 1 minute each:
- Jumping Jacks
- Burpees

Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Abs & Arms Workout
Complete 5x through:
- 1 minute weight runs (switch lead foot after 30 seconds)
- 20 squats with curl to press
- 10 up/down planks
- 5 full push ups
- 10 burpees
- 20 bicycle crunches
- 30 seconds plank hold
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice
Sunday: Active Rest Day (do some light cardio and stretching if you’d like!)
