These cookies are my favorite to make. No matter how many recipes I try, this one always stands a bit above the rest because of a few things:
- Short ingredient list
- Super easy to make
- Ready in under 15 minutes
- Chocolate Chips
- Coconut
- Chocolate chips and coconut together
- Andddd they’re considered a healthy snack in my book… hello there are bananas in it and protein powder, and dark chocolate is an antioxidant!
Ingredients:
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 scoops Growing Naturals vanilla brown rice protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- As many dark chocolate chips as you want!
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Stir ingredients until well combined
- Scoop onto lightly greased cookie sheet
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
- Eat them all
They’re chewy and just the right amount of sweet but also filling because of the protein powder…I mean it’s basically a protein bar. But it tastes and looks like a cookie.
