I am no stranger to the Sunday blues. The thought of the weekend ending is sometimes unbearable!! Perhaps I’m being a bit dramatic 😉 One thing that I do enjoy about a new week and look forward to is a new week of workouts. I get excited about another week to crush my workouts and get closer to my goals. Which aren’t super defined in a tangible sense of I want to run a race or something like that, but I want to get stronger, leaner, faster, and more toned while I work towards a lifetime of fitness that I can sustain and enjoy. So I design my workouts to serve that purpose, and those are the same ones I share with you!
Speaking of designing workouts for you…I have a little sneak peak of something I have been working on lately. It’s a 6-week workout program that I’ve named “FITTER”. Because every workout, every week, and every time through the program will get you fitter, stronger, leaner, faster, and more toned. I used these workouts leading up to my wedding and I’ve continuously tweaked and improved them until I feel comfortable that they are exactly what works best and what I want to share with you!

Monday: Legs with Abs & Booty Burn Workout
SQUATS WITH ALTERNATING KNEE RAISE
ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS WITH TWIST
SKATERS WITH TOUCHDOWNS
FIGURE 4 SQUAT WITH SINGLE LEG SQUAT TOUCHDOWN
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice! Throw in a few of your favorite abs moves to end!
Wednesday: Full Body Workout
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice! Throw in a few of your favorite booty moves to end!
Friday: Abs, Arms, and Cardio Pyramid Workout!
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice! Do a combo of your favorite abs & booty moves from earlier in the week to end!
