Happy Sunday! I have a whole week’s worth of workouts for you today, plus a quick circuit for an extra burn for you to do before you enjoy some Superbowl snacks!! I don’t like either team playing today so I’m in it for the commercials and the food 🙂

Monday: Quick Leg Circuit: Complete each move for 30 seconds each. Complete circuit 5x through!
I love to pair with some cardio or do after a run but it’s great to do on its own too.

SQUATS WITH ALTERNATING LEG ABDUCTOR
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Arms, Abs, and Cardio Circuit Workout
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Full Body Workout
Saturday: 60 minutes of cardio of your choice
