I have a good week of workouts for you coming up! I’m all about working as many muscles and burning as many calories as you can in the least amount of time…and that is what I try to deliver every week! I think this week is no different 🙂
Monday: Bodyweight Cardio Circuit
SKATERS
PUNCHES IN SQUAT POSITION
KNEE-INS
STANDING KNEE-TO-ELBOW
180 DEGREE SQUAT JUMPS
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice!
Wednesday: Abs, Arms & Cardio
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice!
Friday: Full Body Strength Training
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice!
Sunday: Active Rest Day: Take a 30 minute walk and a nice stretch afterwards!
