I have been loving these little snack balls…they’re super easy to make and to take with you!!
There are tons of variations you can make and I’ll share different ones as I make them! These are coconut dark chocolate chip almond butter balls. Here’s what you’ll need!
- 1/3 cup almond butter (you can use any nut butter you want)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
And now here are the complicated instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together into a bowl. Put in the fridge to set for about 45 minutes to an hour. Take out and scoop out with a spoon and roll into balls in your hands. **Tip: wet your hands just a bit to help keep the mix from sticking to your hands.
- That’s it!
- To store: Put in airtight container in the fridge. You can freeze them and use longterm too 🙂
