Monday: Cardio with Weights … See moves below! I recommend a light weight for these…I usually use 5 lbs in each hand since it’s in combination with a cardio move. Exceptions to that would be the kettlebell swing move, a 10-15 pound kettlebell would be fine, just practice the move before using the weight so you don’t hit yourself in the legs (I’ve been there, I don’t recommend it! Ha) But this workout is fast paced and so fun…you will 100% be a sweaty mess after.

Burpees with Dumbbell Rows
High Knee Runs with Dumbbell Twist
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio
Wednesday: The Basics Bodyweight Pyramid Workout
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio
Friday: Cardio + Abs Blast
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio
Sunday: Active rest day! 30 minute walk + stretch
