It has a been a COLD weekend here in North Carolina!! We were supposed to get “6-10 inches”…we got maybe 1. Ha. Some of the city and parts more north of Charlotte got more than we did. We got enough to where it was really pretty to look at but didn’t really inhibit us from doing anything, which is good. In case you don’t already know, southerners freak the F out over snow coming. Like, the grocery stores were slammed and aisles were empty. I guess better safe than sorry. I had plenty of wine at home, so I was fine 😉
Besides the actual snow/ice scenario, it was just straight up cold. The low Saturday night was 8 degrees. It wasn’t out of the teens when we went to church. I put on every layer I had to go on my run after church to the point I felt like maybe I was waddle-running, lol. Managed to get 4 miles in so I was happy with that.
I’ll share our snowy pics and weekend adventure in the “snowstorm” tomorrow. For now we have some workouts to get to, including a new Arms & Abs Blaster with some of my favorite go-to moves!

Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice!
Sunday: Active Rest Day!
