Happy New Year!!!! Isn’t there something just so magical about the start of another year? So fresh and full of opportunity! I hope you take some time to make a list of goals and dreams and wishes for this year! Friday: Full Body
Saturday: Cardio of your choice! 45-60 minutes!
Sunday: Active rest day! Why not go for a hike?
