This week I’m focusing on some bodyweight exercises that don’t require weights and you can do them anywhere! With the holidays I know so many people are traveling, are on the road or away from their normal routine, so it’s super helpful to have some workouts like the ones below to be able to continue getting in your sweat sessions. All you need is a small area of space to move and you’ll be good to go.
Monday: Full Body Workout
Full Body Workout: Complete Circuit 5x through.
- 25 Squats w/ bicep curl to shoulder press
- 10 jump squats + 10 jumping jacks
- 15 Triceps kickback w/ leg kickback (per side)
- 30 woodchops (per side)
- 20 plank rows (per side)
- 30 alternating curtsy lunge w/ lateral shoulder raise in middle
- 30 toe touch abs
- 30 jackknife crunches
- 20 supermans
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes of cardio of your choice!
Wednesday: Bodyweight Workout –> Gifs of each move are below. Do 20 reps per move (or per side if it involves doing both legs!)

BACK LUNGE WITH HOP
PLIE SQUAT WITH OBLIQUE CRUNCH
PUSHUPS
PLANK WITH BACK LEG LIFT
PLANK WITH HEEL LIFT
Thursday: 30-45 minutes of cardio of your choice!
Friday: Abs & Booty Circuit. Pair with 20-30 minutes of cardio!
Saturday: 45-60 minutes of cardio of your choice!
Sunday: Active rest day! Take a long walk!
