Another weekly workout schedule is here! I’ve got your workouts for you to kick some majjjjjjor booty this week (and they may kick yours, don’t worry, you’ll get through it & thank me later.)
Monday: Legs & Arms Circuit
Do this circuit 3-5 times through, Try for 5 times if this is the only thing you’re doing. If you’re tacking on with cardio, 3x would be good! Gifs of the moves are below. Be sure to do both legs on the lunge sets!
SQUATS WITH ALTERNATING LEG LIFT
BACK LUNGE WITH KNEE RAISE AND BICEPS CURL
PLIE SQUAT WITH UPRIGHT ROW
DUMBBELL ROWS
DUMBBELL PRESS JACKS (like jumping jacks!)
CURTSY LUNGE WITH T-RAISE AND LEG ABDUCTOR (be sure to really lift that leg!)
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice!
Wednesday: Abs & Cardio: Complete 4 times through!
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice!
Friday: Full Body Workout
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice!
Sunday: Active Rest Day! Walk or yoga!
