Mondays following a holiday break are always tough, but having some new workouts on your schedule will give you something to look forward to 🙂 Am I right?!
Monday: Full Body + Cardio Circuit

I’ve promised full workout videos to come but in the meantime I hope these pictures and GIFs will help you understand the moves. This would be a great circuit to do at the end of a 2-3 mile run!
Tuesday: Your choice of cardio! 30-40 minutes or if you’re running, try to get 3-4 miles in!
Wednesday: Abs & Cardio! Get through each circuit 3x. Push yourself 🙂 Take water breaks as you need!
Thursday: 30-40 minutes Cardio of your choice! Looking for an incline HIIT workout? Try this one!
Friday: Legs, Booty & Cardio Circuit! Do each circuit 2-3x through. Try for 3 if you can push yourself to do one more time through!
Saturday: 45-60 minutes Cardio of your choice! I love to go on slightly longer runs on these days…about 5-7 miles or so.
Sunday: Active rest! Take a long leisurely walk or take a yoga class, or just stretch at home and watch a Christmas movie 🙂
