Monday: Full Body Cardio & Yoga Circuit
Tuesday: 30-40 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Arms & Abs Circuit
Thursday: 30-40 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Legs, Booty, & Cardio Circuit
Saturday: 40-60 minutes cardio of your choice
Sunday: Active rest! Walk, stretch, yoga, foam roll
PS- I have a question for you! Would you like to see workout videos on occasion or regularly? I always think I understand and get more out of workouts when I can see someone doing them.
