Here are some great circuits for you to incorporate into your week! They should take less than 30 minutes to complete so make some time to get in a sweat sesh! Get in some cardio on the other days for at least 30 minutes by walking, running, biking, etc. I like to run on my cardio days which helps me balance the cardio and strength training/circuit training!
