Who tried some of the workouts from last week? Were they killa or what?? Oh man they all left me so sore! And that tells me that they WORKED so we have more of the same for this week 🙂 If you’re like me an indulged in some Halloween treats, this is just what you need to burn those off. These workouts are fun and effective and move quick!

Monday: Legs, Booty, & Cardio
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Abs & Arms + 20 minute evening walk
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Full Body & Cardio
Saturday: 60 minutes cardio + abs: Choose your 5 favorite ab moves and do 25 reps of each!
Sunday: Rest day or take a recovery walk or light yoga
Work hard this week, sweat every day, and be proud of yourself!! You are amazing <3
