How has your week and weekend been?! My first week back to reality following our wedding and honeymoon went as smoothly as I could have hoped for a full week back at work. I’ll be honest I had a little lack of motivation to workout, probably because I’ve been really laser focused and haven’t missed many workouts since December (minus my days off of course) to prepare for the wedding so I think maybe my brain was tired from trying to keep that will power up, ha 🙂 But despite that I still got my workouts in and I think recognizing that I sort of struggled wanting to do the workouts this week but how good I felt doing them re-invigorated my desire to get them done, but also to just be gentle with myself if I’m not feeling it. That is how I make working out consistently part of my lifestyle…you just have to find the balance that works for ya!
I sit here creating the workout schedule for the week and recovering from my 6 mile run through the mountains with fall views:

Here’s the workouts for this week:
Monday: Legs & Cardio
Tuesday: 30 minutes cardio of your choice! This is when I run 3-4 miles!
Wednesday: Abs & Arms
Thursday: 40 minutes cardio of your choice! I run 3-5 miles!
Friday: Full Body
Saturday: 40-60 minutes cardio of your choice! These are usually my longer run days 🙂
Sunday: Day off!
